Summer Strength & Conditioning w/Coach Crissinger

Coach Crissinger, our Strength and Conditioning Coach, is offering summer conditioning for any Perry student (Grades 7-12) who would like to work out this summer, regardless of the sport they participate in.  If you are interested in speed and strength conditioning, please contact Coach Crissinger at to set up a specific date and time to work out.  Following CDC guidelines, only a limited number of students are allowed in any given area at one time so you must register with Coach Crissinger ahead of time.  Please include a contact phone number in your e-mail.
